All returns must be approved Prior to return shipment.
You must acquire a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#)
for returned merchandise by email, faxing, calling or mailing.
The RMA# must be marked on the bill of lading or outside of box.
Any Material received without a RMA# will be refused.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns resulting from reasons other than
shipping error or defective product. (Subject to our quality control evaluation)
